1. Program Overview

The American Vision Windows Arizona Affiliate Referral Program (the “Program”) allows individuals or businesses (“Affiliates”) to earn referral rewards by referring potential customers to American Vision Windows Arizona for the purchase of new windows or doors. By participating in this Program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility

• Participation in the Program is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older.
• Affiliates must register through the official landing page using Post Affiliate Pro, providing all requested information accurately.
• Foreign affiliates may not participate in the Program at this time.
• American Vision Windows employees or their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Program.

3. How the Program Works

1. Step 1: Sign up via our affiliate page, providing your contact and industry details.
2. Step 2: Once approved, you’ll receive a unique referral URL to share with homeowners.
3. Step 3: Share your referral link with potential customers who need window or door replacements.
4. Step 4: Earn $100 for each valid referral who schedules and keeps their appointment to receive a quote.
5. Step 5: Earn an additional $150 if the referred customer proceeds with the project and signs a contract for window or door replacement services.

4. Referral Reward Details

• Referral Appointment Reward: Affiliates will receive $100 for every valid referral that results in a scheduled and kept appointment where the referred customer receives a quote.
• Referral Sale Reward: Affiliates will receive an additional $150 if the referred customer signs a contract with American Vision Windows Arizona, bringing the total reward to $250.
• Rewards are issued once the appointment has been completed and/or the contract signed, depending on the referral stage.

5. What Makes a Referral Legitimate?

• Referrals must be new customers to American Vision Windows Arizona.
• The referral must complete a scheduled appointment and receive a quote for their window or door replacement project.
• The referral must result in a signed contract for the replacement of windows or doors (excluding glass-only replacement or other minor repairs).
• Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or referrals made in bad faith are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Program.

6. Payment of Rewards

Referral rewards will be paid via check or electronic transfer. All payments will be made within 30 days of confirming that the appointment or sale meets the referral requirements.

It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to provide correct payment information. American Vision Windows Arizona is not liable for any delays or errors due to inaccurate information.

7. Limitations and Restrictions

• Affiliates may refer an unlimited number of customers. However, each referral must meet the terms described in these Terms and Conditions to qualify for rewards.
• American Vision Windows Arizona reserves the right to reject any referral or terminate any Affiliate's participation in the Program if fraudulent or unethical activity is suspected.
• Any advertising, marketing, or promotion of your referral URL must comply with all applicable laws and must not misrepresent the Program or American Vision Windows Arizona.

8. Marketing and Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates are encouraged to promote the Program through personal connections, websites, social media, and other digital platforms. However, any form of promotion that involves spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading claims will result in immediate disqualification from the Program.

Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on American Vision Windows Arizona branded keywords in paid search campaigns or using the brand name in any misleading manner.

9. Termination

American Vision Windows Arizona reserves the right to terminate the Program or an Affiliate's participation at any time, for any reason, without notice. Any referral rewards accrued but not paid prior to termination may be forfeited.

Affiliates may voluntarily withdraw from the Program by contacting affiliate@avw-az.com.

10. Amendments

American Vision Windows Arizona reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Program’s website or directly to Affiliates.

11. Limitation of Liability

• American Vision Windows Arizona is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
• American Vision Windows Arizona does not guarantee any specific number of referrals or earnings through participation in the Program.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
