After your installation is complete, our customer service department will assist you with any questions you may have. Our dedicated staff will be able to answer any service related questions as well as scheduling a service call if required.

How To: Lock Your Patio Door


1. Ensure nothing is obstructing “keeper”

2. Ensure nothing is obstructing “mortise”

3. “Mortise” (small metal button protruding from door lock) is depressed when door is closed and flush with frame.

4. Door is fully closed, mortise is fully depressed, and door can be securely locked.
